Any additional work required for good design and technicality is at sole discretion of architect. Change of specifications is not recommended but if approved by architect that will be at additional cost like addition of a bedroom etc. Future changes, addition, renovation can only be undertaken if approved by KPA as per our design undertaken by our team and agencies only.
