Large open interactive space is created by right orientation of the towers , crucial of one’s community

An effective radiation control from west using various shading devices, since a great part of these blocks are exposed to west.

Thorough land size and density analysis, helped achieve the number of house units, intentionally leaving an ample amount of open space. Total 72 % of open space creates well planned interactive neighborhood spaces around. Radiation from the west is kept under control by efficient sun shading. The breeze brought in effectively due to Swastik alignment of these residential blocks and adequate light is let in. White Blocks with olive and white color scheme stand together depicting its unity as a community i.e. Amul. Climate consideration of west-facing plot derived size of the window opening (sunken) and olive in the soffit softened the light rays.

 300 drawings produced in 7 months, 270 drawings produced 301 days, a drawing per day. A project of about 2.59 US million dollars is handled skillfully solving all technical issues coming forth. A  festive artwork welcomes hundreds of residents of Amul heights every day beautifully crafted on compound walls around this campus.
