Name ‘MAHIARRE’ was in dream 40 years back even before the land was found. KPA now in its 34 years of practise aim to build fifteen villas each of different designs in response to the contours around the existing neem trees as if the structure is hugging mother nature.

When you have two hills and to built the house without filling the valley how do you design it?

The residence was divided in two masses, both opening to their own patios, connected by a bridge that rests upon a valley overlooking the river. The bridge acts as a canopy over the garden below which can be used as a multipurpose event space.As you move between the two spaces, you cannot help but pause at the bridge to take in the best views of the landscape.

The reincarnated 3 Bedroom villa with a huge terrace on first floor opening to the grand river. The swing under the deck in the valley is a never to find feature in the design.

Location: Village Kherda near historical Vehera khadi, 20kms from Anand | 35kms from Vadodara & Nadiad | 85 kms from Ahmedabad.

Area of plot, construction may vary as per actual ravine condition. 3D images are architects imagination which may change during construction to maintain ecosystem. Design style, finishes innovation for sustainability, some part of design & products may have to be altered. Any additional work required for good design and technicality is at sole discretion of architect. Change of specifications is not recommended but if approved by architect that will be at additional cost like addition of a bedroom etc. Future changes, addition, renovation can only be undertaken if approved by KPA as per our design undertaken by our team and agencies only. Mahiaare rules has to be followed living around nature. Possession against 100% payment & maintenance charges. Conditions apply.
